North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College (NWSLC) is expanding our Engagement and Progression provision for 16-18 year olds, supporting young people to take positive next steps into education, training and employment. We are building a new two stage programme (step into your future and pathway to progression) built around high support and high challenge.
This provision will be delivered in Wigston initially and will then expand to Nuneaton and Hinckley. It is designed to be intensively staffed, with embedded, in-class support and dedicated mentors who can build the consistent relationships young people need to thrive. Our work is underpinned by a trauma-informed approach that prioritises safety, trust, consistency, and positive relationships.
We are now recruiting for a range of roles to support the launch of our Engagement & Progression provision at Wigston Campus. Opportunities will include leadership and programme delivery, referrals/enrolment and data coordination, and frontline learner support roles focused on mentoring, behaviour support and sustaining engagement.
