Position: Baby Room Lead (Permanent)
Location: Outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire
Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or Childcare
* Significant experience working with babies in a nursery setting
* Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience (preferred)
* A caring, confident, and organised approach
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* The ability to lead a small team and support staff development
