As a
Digital Marketing Account Manager
at AP&C, you'll manage and deliver high-performing digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of high-tier
B2B
clients. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with campaign oversight, client relationship management, and coordination of internal and freelance teams to drive exceptional results.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their business objectives into effective digital strategies. You'll work closely with various departments to develop and refine campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals. A strong understanding of digital platforms is essential for guiding, briefing, and overseeing the quality of work delivered by the team and external partners.

This is an ideal role for someone who is both digitally fluent and commercially savvy, confident in client conversations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
* Lead client communications across meetings, presentations, and reporting cycles.
* Translate client goals into strategic campaign briefs and timelines.
* Proactively identify new opportunities to grow and improve client accounts.
* Collaborate with internal specialists and freelancers (graphic designers, copywriters, web developers) to execute campaigns across digital channels.
* Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives, brand guidelines, and best practices.
* Coordinate the execution of campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (via team or freelance support).
* Oversee the creation and optimisation of landing pages (typically via HTML build or HubSpot) with a focus on conversion and user experience.
* Use tools to monitor and evaluate campaign success.
* Ensure tracking and automated workflows are in place to streamline processes
* Identify optimisation opportunities and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
* Lead post-campaign reporting and suggest data-driven improvements.
* Brief, manage, and QA work from internal teams and external freelancers.
* Maintain high standards across all deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and impact.
* Contribute to internal process improvements and campaign templates.

Skills & Experience

Essential Skills

* Proven experience in digital marketing and/or account management (agency experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, paid media, social, and landing page builds.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills - confident presenting strategies, data, and recommendations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with a calm, proactive approach.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for client growth.
* Experience working in a B2B or professional services environment.
* Ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
* Comfortable briefing and QA'ing work to / from all departments needed to build campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate

* Familiarity with tools including Whatagraph, Dealfront, and Sales Navigator (training will be provided)
* Exposure to tools like Semrush, or other SEO platforms.
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, and SEO fundamentals.
* Familiar with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 +
