Position
Staff Nurse – Pre-Assessment (Bank) – Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Up to £19.50 per hour, depending on experience. Bank contract – ad hoc, includes weekend work.
Responsibilities
* Deliver matron-led care in a consultant-led service.
* Act as the first point of contact, working with clinicians to make appropriate assessments for patients prior to surgery.
* Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care.
* Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family.
* Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care.
* Build experience across new practices, equipment and facilities.
* Collaborate with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity of patient care.
Qualifications
* Registered with the appropriate governing body, including NMC.
* Relevant qualifications and experience related to the registration.
Experience
* Post-registration experience and ability to work as a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
