Rates of Pay:
£14.42 - £16.82 per hour

Day-to-day duties:
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Filing and scanning documents
* Responding to emails and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Liaising with external companies and internal departments
* Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
* Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
* Supporting the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and room bookings
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Monitoring office supplies and raising orders when required
