IT Service Desk Manager

Job Description
* Lead and develop our service desk team, ensuring effective delivery of IT support services.
* Utilise ManageEngine ServiceDesk to enhance incident, problem, and change management processes.
* Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring security and functionality.
* Support various IT systems including VoIP, compliance tools, and enterprise applications.
* Coordinate service transition activities, identifying process improvements.
* Oversee customer service functions, ensuring high satisfaction and exploring automation opportunities.
* Use data analytics to drive service improvements.
* Identify patterns, resolve issues proactively, and implement preventative measures.
* Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL frameworks and hold a Level 3 service management qualification.
* Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and implement RPA solutions.
* Ensure IT service management aligns with business objectives and collaborate with user researchers.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role.
* Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk or other ITSM tools.
* Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and VoIP services.
* Understanding of ITIL principles and service management frameworks.
* Experience with IT compliance and security management.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
* Strong problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Ability to proactively mitigate IT service disruptions.
