Job Description:
The Construction Delivery Engineer shall ensure resource-loaded work orders are created in a timely manner with data extracted from Xamin anomaly management system, with the work scheduled appropriately via liaison with the Triton Scheduler and Triton Planner.
The CDE shall liaise closely with the Integrity Department to ensure a clear understanding of the scope and assist with defining the repair methodology.
Thereafter, the CDE shall liaise closely with the Dana office-based Repair Order Coordinator / SPE for incumbent construction contactor. This includes reviewing repair methodologies, destruct / construct isometrics, work-packs, and job card hours (to ensure they match the WO) and review of all completion of work evidence and certification for WO close-out upon work completion.
The CDE shall also take a lead with marine-related scopes associated with Triton, specifically assisting with the creation and management of marine tank repairs (water ballast tanks / cargo oil tanks / diesel tanks / water tanks).
* Consultant to OCS and offshore discipline services provided within (but not limited to) the OCS remit
* Ensure identified anomaly actions are thoroughly reviewed, remedials agreed / approved, and actioned.
* Act as the focal point for construction interface between onshore functions (engineering, procurement, planning) and offshore delivery teams.
* Ensure all construction work scopes are fully prepared for offshore execution, including drawings, work packs, permits, materials, and resource planning.
* Plan and coordinate construction anomaly campaigns, ensuring alignment with asset priorities, budgets, and offshore execution windows, in accordance with company procedures and legislation.
* Collaborate with inspection and structural integrity teams to prioritize construction scope delivery based on RBI and anomaly data.
* Plan and coordinate access methods (scaffolding, rope access) with access contractors and site teams.
* Drive high safety standards across all construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Track campaign progress against schedule and budget, producing performance and status reports.
* Ensure timely requisition and delivery of materials, consumables, and PPE for offshore delivery.
* Monitor project costs for efficiencies and ensure timely invoicing. Provide updates for meetings and reports.
* Support management of change (MoC) processes related to construction activities and field changes.
* Provide occasional offshore presence during execution phases for coordination, assurance, or punch list close-out (subject to certification).
* Facility Engineer cover and DOA
* Deputise for OCS as required

Qualifications include degree qualification, relevant design experience, broad oil and gas experience (marine experience preferred), ability to work under pressure, current knowledge of instrument engineering, and a commitment to safety.
