Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to secure long-term, direct client contracts and drive sustainable business growth across the Southeast for our well-established client based in Thame.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and win new direct client contracts
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award
* Support tender submissions, PQQs, and framework applications
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide forecasts
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Development or Sales
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Full UK driving licence

£37,000£40,000 DOE + car allowance & fuel card
4% uncapped commission (OTE £60,000)
