Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
* Handle all enquiries wether by email, post or telephone
* Keeping on top of compliance
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
* Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
* Support team members with administrative needs to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
* Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
* Property experience in desriable
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
* Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
* Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
