We are working with a well-established and growing regional law firm seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join its Family team in Salisbury.

The role
You will be part of a specialist team with expertise across all areas of private family law. The team is committed to a constructive and resolution-focused approach, making use of non-court dispute resolution methods where appropriate while also handling court proceedings when required.
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of private family matters, advising clients who value clear, pragmatic and commercially focused guidance. In addition to your technical work, you will play an important role in supporting the ongoing growth and profile of the team locally.

Key responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload including divorce, financial remedy, private children matters and cohabitation disputes
* Providing strategic, commercially aware advice tailored to individual client needs
* Working closely with colleagues to support the continued growth of the team
* Contributing to business development activities and building long-term client relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
* Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless client service
Candidate profile
* 5+ years’ PQE in private family law
* Proven experience handling complex matters with confidence
* Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
* Established local profile and professional network
* Interest in business development and contributing to team growth
* Additional ADR qualifications would be advantageous
* A collaborative and supportive approach
* Experience supervising junior lawyers is desirable
