Our client, based in Fleet, have a wonderful opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Coordinator to join their small and friendly team, on a permanent basis.
This role requires someone to commit to working Monday-Friday, for 25 hours per week. We are looking for positive applicants, who can demonstrate having previously worked in a role requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Do you have previous accounts administration experience?
* Would you describe yourself as having strong numeracy skills as well as good accuracy and attention to detail?
* Do you live within close, commutable distance to Fleet?
Duties will include:
* Raising Customer invoices and statements using QuickBooks accounting software
* Processing Supplier invoices, credit notes and employee expense claims using QuickBooks accounting software
* Liaising with Customers and Suppliers with regard to invoices and outstanding payments
* Generating reports from QuickBooks and providing insights to management as needed
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
* Basic knowledge of QuickBooks would be an advantage but not a necessity
