Value & Access Manager
Talentmark are recruiting for a Value & Access Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis until January 2027. This is a field based role covering the South Wales area.
Salary:
From £30.78 ph to £40.27 ph PAYE
Value & Access Manager Role:
1. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS
2. Work in collaboration with sales teams to support to ensure brands are fully optimised.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of key accounts: revenue sources and key customers.
4. Confidently position the value proposition with key customers, tailored to their needs.
5. Be a subject matter expert on the NHS and Commercial environment.
Your Background:
6. Strong leadership and ability to work across, and influence, a complex range of internal & external stakeholders.
7. Confident with the use of alternative appropriate channels of communication and the use of virtual customer communication.
8. Display knowledge of pharmaco-economic principles and the application of health economic tools.
9. Business Acumen developed through strong analytical and business planning skills.
10. As this is a field-based role a full UK driving licence is required.
