Overview
Allen & York is partnering with a leading tech-enabled sustainability business in the construction sector, offering collaboration tools, e-learning, software, and consulting services. We are seeking a results-driven, entrepreneurial VP of Sales to spearhead the expansion of their virtual learning platform across Eastern Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's market presence in the region.
* Identify and secure new partnerships with leading organizations in the built environment and related sectors.
* Engage with senior decision-makers, including Directors of Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, typically in the USD 30-50K range.
* Present complex solutions clearly and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in new business development.
* Strong understanding of sustainability issues within the built environment or infrastructure sectors.
* Experience managing full sales processes and closing deals in the specified range.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Benefits
Competitive salary (£75,000 - £85,000 per annum), plus a £5,000 car allowance, commission, and benefits. Opportunity to lead market expansion efforts in a growing, untapped market with significant potential for team development.
