Location: Zone 1 London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + travel + package
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Client relationship management
* Act as the primary senior point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
* Manage client expectations and communicate project progress, addressing any issues and keeping them informed of developments.
Operational and contract management
* Ensure contract delivery meets or exceeds agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Oversee all aspects of contract performance, including compliance with contractual terms and health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement operational excellence and innovation within contracts.
* Produce regular performance reviews, reports, and strategic development plans.
Financial and commercial management
* Manage the financial performance of contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Maximise profitability by controlling costs and managing margins.
* Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities, such as upselling new services.
* Lead the company's role in contract retenders.
Team leadership
* Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to ensure consistent service excellence.
* Foster a collaborative culture and ensure staff are trained and managed effectively.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards across all managed sites.
