Morley - 1 day working from home
Up to £35,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus (potential £3,000 for the year)

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate the work of a small team of four administrators, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide support to building surveyors, including managing documentation, project files, and client communications.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including professional membership and BSR registration requirements.
* Streamline administrative processes to enhance overall team productivity.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
The Person:
* Administration or document control experience working in construction or specifically in building safety.
