Kingstone High School has an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified, dedicated and experienced Teacher of Science to lead our Science Faculty for a maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who would like to gain leadership experience. You will be joining an enthusiastic, committed and creative team who work hard to engage, challenge and support each individual student. The faculty consistently achieves results well above the national average.
The faculty currently consists of six teachers. The successful applicant will be a talented practitioner, as the role will have a teaching commitment alongside the leadership role. Resources are excellent within the faculty and suggestions to invest in new resources, materials and equipment are always welcome.
You will be joining a supportive staff team committed to promoting enjoyment and high achievement for all of our students. The school has a proven track record of developing ambitious and capable professionals with several staff currently on different strands of the NPQ programme.
