Job overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support organisation-wide service development programmes and projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners including primary care, social care, and the voluntary sector.
The role combines service design, development, change management, and programme/project management to facilitate shared direction, collaborative decision-making, and effective implementation.
The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking and practical experience in developing services and managing large-scale health and social care projects, with skills in service design, programme management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Main duties of the job
* Lead the design, development, facilitation, planning, and implementation of strategic service programmes, such as community single point of access and pathway development.
* Apply flexible service design methodologies for transitioning complex service configurations to future states with stakeholder co-production.
* Use appropriate programme and project management approaches to support implementation, seeking expertise when necessary.
* Lead change management efforts in service development strategies.
* Foster innovation and inspire stakeholders to design effective service changes.
* Promote collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and with system partners, including GPs.

Qualifications/ Registration
* Degree level education or equivalent experience
* Project management certification or equivalent
* Change management certification or equivalent
* Performance/Quality Improvement training

* Collaborative working across teams and organisations
* ICT literacy (EPR, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
