4. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing outputs.
5. Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
6. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
7. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise manufacturing processes.
8. Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
9. Adhere to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
The Successful Applicant
11. Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery.
12. Strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
13. Experience in quality control and inspection processes within manufacturing.
14. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an engineering environment.
15. Problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining equipment efficiency.
