The Role As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our early years partnerships with new and existing businesses and industry leaders. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and expanding our network to enhance the impact of our training programs. This is a senior leadership position that requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and a passion for education and workforce development. ​ We can’t promise every day will be the same, but your responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering a partnership strategy aligned with our goals; identifying and expanding strategic opportunities with early years employers. You’ll build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders, lead partnership negotiations, and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives. - You'll drive revenue by uncovering new business models and ensuring strong performance across partnerships. Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll track financial outcomes and manage budgets. - You'll lead a team of Senior Trainers, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure smooth service delivery to partners.
