Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Executive required to join a manufacturing company based near Bedford. The successful Customer Service Advisor will support internal operations by handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to maintain excellent customer service.

Package
* £30,000 depending on experience
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Role
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Process and manage customer orders via SAP or similar system
* Provide accurate updates on order status and delivery timelines
* Liaise with internal teams to support smooth order fulfilment
* Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
1. Experience in customer service or order processing within manufacturing or a technical environment
2. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
