Key Responsibilities
* Support analyst must be willing to participate in an on‑call rota to provide after‑hours support as required.
* Participate in a weekday rota (08:00–18:00) to monitor ServiceNow for new incidents.
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support for application issues, including functionality errors, data discrepancies, integration failures and performance problems, meeting SLA targets.
* Respond to user queries and guide on application usage.
* Develop and implement fixes; perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.
* Support disaster recovery testing.
* Act as SME for the application, assisting with new initiatives and enhancements.
* Manage handover of new or updated functionality from Development to ensure effective client communication.
Skills We Can't Do Without
* Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
* Experience with MVC, .NET Core.
* Familiarity with SQL Server, including SQL scripting.
* Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows Server.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Function Apps and Monitor/App Insights, Entity Framework and Azure DevOps.
* Experience with Azure DevOps.
Skills We'd Like
* Knowledge of GitHub.
* Familiarity with YAML pipelines, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Bicep.
* Knowledge of Selenium.
* Experience with .NET Blazor.
