Role: Sous Chef | Full Time

Responsibilities:
* Lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members
* Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
* Lead, engage, and inspire the kitchen team
* Support with food, health, and safety standards, and manage kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Support team training and development
Requirements:
* Passionate about team support and development
* Experience in managing kitchen lines and shift planning
* Knowledge of food safety standards and financial management in a kitchen setting
* Ability to recognize and celebrate team successes
