We promote a diverse culture and our security officers must be role models in exceptional guest service and professionalism. Responsibilities: Conduct bag checks and personal searches Patrol the resort being vigilant for any threats to the safety of the park. Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner Work closely with the on – site First Aid team to ensure a smooth operation in any emergency response situations. Motivated to work closely with other departments on a daily basis. Be prepared to work alongside Surrey Police in a proactive operation and on the park to reduce anti social behaviour across the park. MUST have SIA licence to apply Must be over the age of 18 Be able to use De-Escalation skills and conflict management in conjunction with SIA training to provide the best outcome.
