Head of IT
80k plus Bonus (up to 12%)
Wakefield (Hybrid)
Your Day-To-Day
* You'll be responsible for maintaining culture & cohesion across the IT Department, driving behaviours and outputs.
* You'll have regular close liaison with Senor peers on core topics that will bring fundamental changes to the business.
* You'll act as escalation point for large and high-risk issues across the business.
* You'll work closely with finance to ensure procurement protocols & budgets are followed and implemented.
* You'll be responsible for managing and developing a team of colleagues, supporting their ability to deliver on a day to day basis as well as being playing a crucial role in their long term development.
What You’ll Need
* Experienced at fostering stakeholder relations across an IT Development, Commercial & Support areas of a business.
* Seasoned at Developing and implement the strategy, standards, and procedures frameworks within an IT function.
* Comfortable ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems across the company.
* Thrive on owning and managing budgeting, procurement procedures and associated supplier relationships.
* Experienced at overseeing training, skills requirements, and development.
* The ability to define and lead major projects.
* Insight into Evaluating technology tools to ensure ongoing suitability for our teams.
* To be a champion a culture of continuous improvement in process, structure & technical platforms.
Experience and qualifications
* IT Team management experience.
* Operational knowledge of standard business platforms i.e. ITSM, HRIS, CRM, etc.
* A career history in IT with knowledge of corporate network design, Microsoft Active Directory/365.
* ITIL Foundation certification.
