About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us at our Northfleet site. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be expected to provide an excellent customer care experience in meetings with customers and colleagues. Execute on customer issues (such as complaints) The ability to be flexible is a must.
We are looking for someone who's organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.
Your Mission at Elis
Managing a portfolio of customers for contract management.
Supporting on an internal service inbox and dealing with Customer and Internal enquiries.
Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Key Account Managers.
Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
Co-ordination and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
Supporting other teams on Annual Leave.
What will make you stand out?
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Displays a customer centric mind-set.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Including Advanced Excel Skills.
Customer and solution focused.
Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or relevant experience.
Internal training on Elis services, systems and platforms (to be provided).
Service or sales based experience.
