Senior Legal PA – Commercial/Employment
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal PA to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm (recognised in the Legal 500) within its dynamic Legal Support Services team.
These roles support senior stakeholders within either the Commercial or Employment teams, offering a fast-paced and varied position at the heart of the business.
You will provide high-level, proactive support to Partners and senior fee earners, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a first point of contact, managing calls, correspondence, and client interactions with professionalism
* Complex diary management, including coordinating international travel and scheduling across multiple time zones
* Supporting billing processes, expenses, WIP management, and financial administration
* Assisting with matter lifecycle management, including onboarding, compliance checks, and archiving
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
* Supporting business development activities and client relationship management
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and delivery
About You
* Proven experience as a Legal PA or in a similar role within a professional services environment
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication skills with a confident and proactive approach
* Technically proficient with strong IT skills
* Discreet and professional, with experience handling confidential information
* A collaborative team player with a flexible and positive attitude
