The role Providing paralegal and administrative support to a Conveyancing Team Leader and Conveyancer Assisting with file opening and client due diligence processes Preparing correspondence and legal documentation Ordering property searches and issuing contract packs Liaising with clients and third parties by telephone and email, handling routine enquiries Supporting pre-completion and completion processes including searches, redemption statements, SDLT forms, completion statements and bills Assisting with post-completion matters including Land Registry requisitions Maintaining accurate electronic files, workflows and key date reminders Attending and contributing to team meetings Closing and archiving files Supporting with general administrative duties such as scanning, copying, post handling, answering calls and greeting clients If you enjoy being at the heart of a busy conveyancing team and like knowing that your organisation and attention to detail directly contribute to a smooth client experience, this role will suit you well.
