Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing Aberdeen Permanent – competitive salary DOE Reed are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their clients, an established Aberdeen based Legal Firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. This is a permanent opportunity that is due to start ASAP with a competitive salary available. As part of a large residential conveyancing team, you’ll oversee sales, purchases and re-mortgage work to ensure an excellent service is consistently delivered to clients. A typical day will include: Communicating with other legal firms and banks in relation to the conveyancing transaction Taking instructions from clients Adopting a client focused approach, always working in the best interest of the client Drafting, collating and sending supporting legal and financial documents Dealing with financial element of transactions Receiving and reviewing mortgage instructions from lenders Overseeing the conveyancing process from start to finish Completing the registration of deeds You’ll bring: Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise work to meet deadlines Confident drafting legal documentation and statements of accounting Ideally you will have completed your Paralegal qualification although this is not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and well-respected firm where you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
