Role: Accounts & Project Manager Type: F-T Permanent
Location: sbs & event / customer venues Reports to: Head of Commercial
Responsible for: Key customer contact & key member of Commercial Team
Role purpose:
Responsibile for driving business sales growth at SBS utilising different sales tatics for exisiting and new customer areas. The role will develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new maket opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.The key role will involve account planning with exisiting customers, driving new opportunities and reaching different route to market.

1 To plan, do and review everything undertaken embraces the sbs values.
2 To ensure work and deed is aligned with the sbs Purpose, Niche and Guarantee.
3 To work within the sBOS and The sbs Way, ensuring your impact provides first-class hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Design & implement the sbs sales plan Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clients & build long-term relationships with new and existing customersProactive penetration within choosen accounts and projects Account management Any other reasonable request, as required by the company.
Key measurements:
1 Proactive member of the Commercial sBOS team - with accounatbility for own scorecard
2 Sales budget, account plans, profitability and relationship growth
3 Customer feeback scores, account contact penetration & NBD
Qualifications & capabilities:
1 Secondary ed qualifications mandatory. Competent with microsoft packages, incl excel & powerpoint
2 Data analysis, event planning and strong presentation skills
Experience & attitude:
Self starter - being the marketing department will mean you set your own roles and deadlines in line with the business needs. Strong Peronsal Skills, Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant rolePro-active, structured and organised - able to work systematically to deadlines and clarify roadmaps

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
