What you’ll be doing
* Proactively generating and converting new marine business opportunities
* Building relationships across sectors such as hull & machinery, P&I, marine trades
* Developing and executing your own business development strategy
* Working closely with broking and technical teams to secure the best outcomes
* Growing and retaining a profitable book of business

* Have a proven track record in insurance sales or business development (marine experience required)
