About the Role: Design and deliver engaging and informative Art lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum. Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of art, creativity, and critical thinking. Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of art history, techniques, and contemporary art movements. Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable). Collaborate with colleagues in the Arts department and contribute to school-wide events. The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a closely related discipline. Demonstrates a strong passion for art and a captivating teaching style. Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
