📝 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the delivery of tailored and engaging activities designed to meet each pupil’s individual needs
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, targeted interventions
• Assisting pupils in developing skills
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment
• Building trusting relationships with pupils to encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children or young people, preferably those with autism or additional learning needs (ALN)
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• EWC registration (or ready to register)
• A positive, proactive attitude and a true passion for helping pupils succeed
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• The ability to uphold and promote school values
