Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of contentious matters from inception to conclusion
* Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and stakeholders
* Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documents
* Conduct legal research and case preparation
* Attend hearings, mediations and settlements as required
* Liaise with counsel, courts, external solicitors and other parties
* Ensure compliance with procedural rules, deadlines and professional standards
