Job Introduction

Join Sodexo as a Security Officer at our client site, Diageo Menstrie Bond, and become part of a professional team delivering essential security services. With a strong focus on vigilance, flexibility and customer service, you’ll help ensure the safety of people, property and assets on-site.
Main Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage access and egress to the site.
* Carry out regular patrols and respond to any security incidents in a timely manner.
* Provide a visible and professional security presence.
* Maintain accurate records, including incident reports and daily logs.
* Support in emergency situations, including administering basic first aid where necessary.
* Ensure all duties are performed in line with BS7858 screening and site-specific policies.
Ideal Candidate
* Holds a valid SIA Security Guard Licence.
* Holds a valid First Aid qualification.
* Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
