Accommodation Productivity Manager

About the Role

Are you ready to take the lead in creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as an Accommodation Productivity Manager in the Accommodation & Guest Services department!

In this dynamic role, you will:

* Oversee the entire accommodation planning journey, ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
* Analyze guest volumes to manage resources effectively and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Lead stock management, including expenditure, and support the Clean & Fault Free program (CAFF).
* Manage the linen warehouse, resort post process, carpet cleaning, and late shift accommodation teams.
* Collaborate closely with the Guest Services & Accommodation Team to proactively address and resolve issues.
* Deliver the Right People Right Place Right Time project, manage sickness and absence reporting, and create department rosters based on yield forecasts.
* Work towards achieving occupancy KPIs and minimize 'off sale' units to align with commercial goals.

Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You’ll conduct regular one-on-ones and personal development discussions to support their growth and fulfillment at Butlin's.

This role also includes Duty Resort Management shifts on a rota basis, where you’ll support problem resolution for escalated incidents across all departments. At Butlin's, no two days are the same, so you’ll need to think on your feet and prioritize guest experience above all else!


About You

We’re looking for a passionate leader with:

* Prior experience in a similar role, providing operational data and insights to inform business decisions.
* Excellent Excel and data skills, along with experience in stock and inventory management.
* Proficiency in managing rotas based on demand forecasts.
* A commitment to leading and developing a team through regular coaching and support.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different situations.
* The capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
