Overview
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds.
Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day‑to‑day tasks, such as room tidying and preparation, are completed.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
* Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The post is subject to safer recruitment practice and pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, which will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed.
