Essential Role Requirements: A drainage technician will be responsible for cleaning and surveying newly installed drainage pipes/systems as part of our residential new build housing Projects as well as the daily running and upkeep of provided equipment and van Cleaning drains using hand tools such as brushes, rods, and hoses Inspecting drain systems to locate clogs or leaks, using cameras to pinpoint the problem spots Diagnosing problems with drain systems and identifying solutions to resolve them Cleaning pipes of debris using high pressure water jets or other methods Maintaining records of work performed on sewer systems Must be able to carry out detailed CCTV drainage surveys, accurately assess system conditions, and produce clear, industry-compliant reports. Desirable: High Pressure jet washing experience desired but not essential as full training will be provided General Expectations: Reliable & punctual Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
