About the Role
Edenred Payment Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Service Adviser to join our growing team. You’ll support cardholders and clients by providing clear, accurate and friendly assistance across phone and email. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with processes and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
2. Support cardholders with account access, transactions and product information
3. Investigate and resolve issues following internal processes and regulatory guidelines
4. Record all interactions accurately and maintain compliant documentation
5. Escalate complex cases when required
6. Identify trends and share feedback to improve service
7. Work collaboratively with Operations, Compliance and Product teams
What We’re Looking For
8. Experience in customer service, contact centre or financial services (preferred)
9. Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
10. Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
11. High attention to detail and accuracy
12. Comfortable using systems and following structured processes
