You’ll be at the heart of our operations streamlining processes, supporting teams, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
Lead, manage, and develop the Admin Team to ensure consistent high performance and service delivery
Monitor KPIS and drive team performance
Training, supporting and upskilling employee
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems, policies, and workflows.
Any additional ad hoc tasks in line with business requirements.
