Ready to own the social conversation for a design-led, sustainability-focused brand?
We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Specialist to shape our voice, grow our communities, and create standout content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
What you'll do:
* Content Creation:
* Plan, create, and publish original video and photo content (reels, trends, BTS, unboxings, lifestyle, etc.)
* Own the social content calendar—ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand identity
* Manage the full process: from concept to shoot, edit, publish, and report
* Influencer & Creator Partnerships:
* Identify and build relationships with creators who share our values
* Manage briefs, gifting, timelines, and deliverables
* Collaborate to deliver authentic, high-performing content
* Track and report on campaign performance
* Community Engagement:
* Actively engage with followers—responding to comments, DMs, and conversations
* Spot and react to trends, platform updates, and cultural moments
* Support UGC and community-driven campaigns
* Analytics & Optimisation:
* Track KPIs and analyse weekly/monthly performance
* Use insights to refine strategy—optimising content, formats, and posting times
* Report on audience growth, engagement, and campaign results
About you:
* 3–5 years' experience running social media for a consumer brand
* Strong portfolio of video, photography, editing, and copywriting
* Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories), and YouTube Shorts
* Experience building influencer/creator partnerships
* Skilled with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
* Creative, trend-aware, and confident in digital storytelling
* Excellent project management and communication skills
