The Role:
As a Commercial Officer, you’ll play a critical role in contract management, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with commercial and legal frameworks. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring commercial agreements align with company objectives and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts and agreements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Provide commercial guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
* Work with procurement and finance teams to manage supplier agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a commercial, contract management, or procurement role.
* Knowledge of contract law and commercial best practices.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in defence, engineering, or manufacturing sectors (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
