The Opportunity & Contract Profile This highly successful Outstanding primary academy requires a reliable and hardworking Caretaker. The school needs a practical, hands-on individual to maintain the daily security, cleanliness, and functionality of the building. This is a crucial role supporting the smooth operation of a busy inner-city primary school. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Access Anchor: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises for morning/evening use. Maintenance Mechanic: Performing minor repairs (general maintenance and decorating), and managing external contractor access. Presentation Partner: Ensuring all internal and external areas are kept clean, tidy, and suitable for the young children, including setting up resources for events.
