Multi Skilled Electrician – Immediate Start
Location: W8 6PW
Hourly Pay: £25.00 PAYE / £31.32 LTD
Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm)
Are you a qualified electrician with additional skills across other trades? Join our Response Repairs and Housing Repairs team and make a real difference for our tenants and clients.
What you’ll do:
* Carry out a full range of response repairs, planned works, and voids maintenance
* Coordinate work activities to meet performance targets and deadlines
* Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety policies
* Use PDA equipment to record works in real time
* Supervise and mentor apprentices as required
What we’re looking for:
* Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition, C&G Electrical Installation / NVQ 3, JIB Gold Card preferred)
* Experience across multiple trades is desirable
* Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
