Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for compliance, and the leadership skills to guide a high-performing team? At Eight Financial Advice, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Team Leader to make sure our advisers always deliver the best, most compliant, and client-focused service possible.
What You’ll Do
* Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision Making, and Relationship Management.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the Quality Assurance team to deliver exceptional performance.
* Manage case reviews, suitability assessments, and compliance checks for adviser activity.
* Validate adviser licences, charging codes, and regulatory records.
* Oversee workflows in Salesforce and Monday.com to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Act as subject matter expert for complex queries on high-risk products, pensions, investments, and protection.
* Identify trends or risks and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
* Keep QA processes up to date with FCA, SJP, and internal standards.
* Provide MI and insights to senior stakeholders to support adviser training and continuous improvement.
