We’re seeking a visionary Managing Director to drive growth across Ireland and beyond. This role blends strategic PR expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to inspire teams, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our market reputation. You’ll champion our culture, maximise opportunities across key markets, and ensure we remain a trusted partner and leading voice in communications.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Lead the agency’s growth strategy across the island of Ireland, identifying and capitalising on opportunities here, in the UK and beyond.
* Set a clear vision, inspire teams, and embed a high-performance culture.
* Champion creativity, innovation, and integration across LK and the Ardmore Group through PR, digital, and content.
Client & Business Growth
* Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients throughout Ireland and the UK, offering strategic, results-driven solutions.
* Lead high-value new business efforts, pitches, and partnerships across key markets.
* Drive expansion and efficiencies of existing accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of measurable impact.
Commercial & Operational Management
* Oversee agency P&L with support of Group Finance Director, with accountability for revenue and profit growth.
* Implement effective structures, processes, and resourcing to maximise efficiency with support from the LK Board.
* Provide regular business performance reporting to the LK Board and shareholders.
People & Culture
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team, creating clear succession pathways.
* Attract and retain exceptional talent across Ireland, ensuring diversity, equality, and inclusion are core.
* Foster a collaborative, supportive and ambitious workplace culture.
Industry Leadership & Reputation
* Act as an agency ambassador at industry events.
* Build thought leadership platforms to raise the agency’s profile.
Cultivate strong media, stakeholder and influencer relationships.
