Job Title: Production Operatives — Location: Glastonbury — Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30–16:30 or 8:30–17:30 (with optional Saturday overtime at time-and-a-half during busy months) — Pay: £12.21 per hour + weekly pay — Contract: Temp-to-perm with long-term career potential
This client is a family-run dairy business producing dairy products for major supermarkets - with products even featured in nationwide TV campaigns. As the business continues to expand, we’re looking for reliable, hands-on people to join their production team.
What you’ll do
* Get involved in the making and packing of dairy products
* Operate and maintain machinery
* Support with churning, rolling, and quality checks
* Follow food safety & hygiene standards to keep everything spotless
What we’re looking for
* A good eye for detail and willingness to learn
* Some mechanical knowledge or confidence around machinery
* Team players who can follow instructions and take pride in their work
* Own transport (due to rural location)
