Were looking for a Delivery Lead / Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of software application projects within our Tech Change portfolio. Youll work across the business to align multiple workstreams with Yorkshire Waters strategic goals. Youll bring experience in managing complex projects, strong stakeholder engagement, and a clear understanding of how delivery connects to wider business objectives. This role involves supporting resource planning, overseeing project handovers, and ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality. Where you fit in: As our Delivery Lead/Project Manager you will: Scope and initiate projects, including preparation of key documentation. Lead and guide IT Project Managers delivering technical components. Ensure financial management and commercial awareness underpin all decisions. Coordinate inputs and activities across multiple contributors and workstreams. Establish project boards and support sponsors in maintaining effective governance. What skills & qualifications you will need: Strong stakeholder management across all levels. Ability to produce high-quality documentation for governance processes. Proven experience in project implementation and driving cultural change. Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. Skilled in managing resources within a project environment. Experience leading multiple projects and delivering change. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and blended delivery methodologies.
