Administrator (Learning Support Assistant)
We are looking for an efficient administrator with excellent ICT and communication skills to join our friendly and forward-thinking learning support team.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Good administration experience and a high level of organisational and ICT skills.
* High level communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students across the age ranges.
* Willingness to undertake or update an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Working Hours & Pay
The role requires 37 hours per week. Usual hours are 08:00‑16:30 Monday‑Thursday and 08:00‑16:00 Friday. Some flexibility will be required during busy periods, with a minimum of 08:30‑15:20 during term time (subject to line‑manager agreement). Working 39 weeks a year (38 weeks term time plus 1 week INSET). Pay range: £12.85 to £13.47 per hour, £21,210 to £22,230 per annum pro‑rated.
