Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Technical knowledge of PLM / Configuration Management tools (ideally, Dassault 3Dx platform) Experience in configuration management within a Nuclear Powerplant Project Solid knowledge of product and engineering processes Ability to effectively coordinate integration between SZC and EDF SA in the PLM space Demonstrable experience of delivering successful PLM programmes on large projects Strong track record of building personal trust and operating with integrity Ability to understand and address a wide range of complex issues Excellent presentation, influencing, and facilitation skills Responsibilities: Be responsible for the successful development and deployment of all aspects of the CALM programme related to the Tool, Data, and Processes Define and maintain the overall PLM architecture (data model, workflows, integrations) Set up and lead a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) of about 20 embedded people and external partners Oversee the general architecture and secure main dependencies Facilitate workshops, collect requirements, and validate functional specifications Coordinate delivery (prototype) with internal teams, IT, and external vendors Oversee testing and ensure solution quality Support CALM Programme Manager in managing project scope, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment Support the Business Transformation Coordinator in charge of change management, training, and user adoption Technologies: Architect Embedded Support More: Join us as the Plant Lifecycle Management (PLM) - Solution Architect Lead in Bristol or London, where we are driving some of the most exciting and ambitious projects in the UK.
