Located in a small village we require a Head Chef to run the kitchen which provides Lunch and Dinner seven days a week. The right candidate must have enthusiasm and drive to develop the menu using only fresh and locally produced produce.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive and develop small team is essential.
Good knowledge of GP;s and Health and safety procedures.
The right Candidate must have a proven track record in a similar environment
The current style of cooking is Modern British focusing on Fish. Everything is home produced.
Restaurant covers is maximum of 70-75 per sitting and the kitchen brigade is four.
